Summary
I came to the Coaching and Consulting industry from an educational background.
I have lectured in Business and Management in FE & HE colleges for over 20 years. I have also undertaken private work tutoring undergraduates and A-Level students.
What my lecturing experience has taught me is how to identify and resolve an issue, at speed, and to have very high expectations of every student I work with and encourage them to achieve their highest potential.

I held many roles in the corporate sector, in education and training, in medicine; the Civil Service and local government, and I ran my own businesses as Founder and Director.
My purpose is to help every client succeed in their business and for those seeking to change careers, to help them to place themselves in a position to make sound choices for their future careers.
I have been an industry speaker in the Multi-Level Marketing Industry for a period of 10 years and spoke on camera both in the UK and overseas. I have delivered many business presentations at seminars and workshops to audiences of up to 300, and I delivered a keynote speech to an audience of 5,000.
I have served on various Committees and Steering Groups in support of Changes in the workplace, which gave me the fundamentals of working and managing groups.
In the last five years not only have I provided Coaching and Consulting to my clients but I also provide Mentoring to business owners who want on to grow and scale their businesses and executives who want to start their own practice or change careers.
I am a Certified Coach and hold a Diploma in Coaching from the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning.
I am a Mentor with the IOEE, Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs.
