When I started this business, I struggled with knowing how to grow my business. The biggest challenge was knowing what to work on first and how to go about setting my most important goals that would create movement in my business. It was not until I employed a business coach that things began to fall into place. He helped me see what my most important actions should be and set me an action plan that I worked to and through regular coaching and review sessions, I was able to create my premium business coaching programmes, write a business course, and commence writing my book.
My coach also helped me get clients into my funnel, create a follow-up strategy, and develop a speaking strategy to engage with established and new startup businesses.
