Summary
Although I'm a retired Chartered Accountant I'm not retired from business.Through my experiences in both the Public and Private Sector both here and in Canada I've built up a comprehensive knowledge involving marketing, resource manement, project finance and the production of business cases which I'm putting to use in property investment. I started my property journey in Canada over 20 years ago working with mangementment companies, realtors and financial services. I decided to pull the resources created back to the UK and started my journey in the UK 8 years ago. I have bought BTL's (with a pause due to Covid) and more recently a six apartment serviced accommodation property in the NW of England. This was an extensive growing experience turning an old building into a modern one which I will put to good use on my next venture.which is to develop an HMO business after taking some advice from an experienced property investor.This will be primarlily in Kent (nearer to home) although I will still do deals the NW as they arise.

Interests and Hobbies
Apart from my passion for property, family and church are the foundation of my life. I am an avid football fan but won't disclose the team as I don't want attract prejudice. I also have a very developed sense of humour though appreciate it may not be considered good.
