At Maine Financial we offer mortgages and re mortgages from a comprehensive panel of lenders. We provide help and advice to each of our clients every step of the way through the mortgage maze.
We charge a broker fee of between 0.5% and 1% of the loan amount, half of the fee payable on application with the balance payable on receipt of offer. For example, for a £100,000 mortgage the fee will be between £500 and £1,000 charged as above. The amount we charge is dependant on the amount of research and administration that is required to obtain the most suitable mortgage.
