Ever catch yourself mid sentence questioning:

It happens and I see women spend their time justifying or tolerating the same crap while feeling gross about it . And that’s ok -sometimes - except for when it spills over into your business.
Freezing when a client asks for a discount, then feeling ashamed or filled with guilt
- Short tempered at the kids because you resent the time they take from your business.
- Biting your tongue with your partner until you explode over something small.
- Making an offer, hearing “yes,” only for the client to backtrack an hour later and you snap at the customer service rep for doing her job.
None of this is random.
Because almost every moment of guilt, shame or what your abandon yourself for …. is a nervous nervous system in dysregulation. And no amount of hacks or spiritually informed cold baths or therapy can bypass your nervous system.
It’s the most sneaky spiritually bypass “hack” that keeps your income falling back to the same level. If your patterns keep running, your income ceiling will too.
