In a complex and complicated world, it’s increasingly hard to go it alone. That’s why teamwork is at the heart of organisational performance. However, many teams don’t seem to be working.

Around 75%* of employees consider teamwork critical but 40%* of employees think their teams are failing. A key reason behind this is that great teams don’t just happen; they have to be created and sustained.
